This is what The Lord gave me to say about the man I was married to for almost 14 years!

Here lies a man in state
Whom I've Prayed 'made it' through Life's Gate.
For all it takes is the Blood of Christ
Who is & was our Sacrifice!
It matters not how 'good' or 'bad'
we must ALL Come 'just as we are',
For Jesus' Blood covers every sin
then ~from those Gates~ He won't bar.
This man loved his Brothers & Sister
& helped 'raise' a few,
Always 'being there' for them
telling them what to do.
A 'friend' always to them
having 'reunions' in the Summer,
Keeping in touch with Aunt Edith
who has been an 'overcomer'!
We had 3 kids together
of which I am very proud,
I'd not take a million for them
even when they'd get very loud! :)
Homer was a hard worker
'on the job' every day,
Clothing & feeding his Children
& loving them ~ in his own way.
We had our differences in life
& parting ~ going our separate ways,
Yet I'm not here to rip & shred
but to 'encourage' you in your days.
So, 'be there' for your families
be loving, kind & ' True',
Have 'PEACE' of Soul & mind & spirit
& may God's 'BLESSINGS' fall on you!
