“ ‘FIX’ YOUR EYES ON JESUS!” *

‘Fix’ your eyes on Jesus
don’t just ‘glance’ & walk away,
Taking a ‘peek’ will only leave you
in a very sad ~ dismay.
‘Search’ & ‘yearn’ to really SEE
with all your heart & mind,
God will reward you *
if Him you ‘truly’ find!
Don’t be like the religious leaders
who only wanted to READ about Him,
But, be like the Shepherds *
who wanted to go & SEE Him!
John & Andrew ~
who served John the Baptist,
Left him ~
to be with Jesus!
“Where are You staying?” they did ask *
for a ‘minute’ was NOT enough,
They really wanted to KNOW Him completely
even though the way became rough.
“Come & SEE!” He answered *
take more than just a ‘glance’,
Oh, if you will follow JESUS
He’ll change your circumstance!
Joy will come upon you
your ‘Faith’ will grow & grow,
But, it takes us SEEING Him
so the ‘seeds’ of Love He can sow.
Take Him home with you
like Matthew did that day, *
Fellowship ~ together
& let Him ~ your heart ~ sway!
Jesus didn’t care at all
that Matthew was a thief,
He saw his heart was ‘hungry’
to SEE & KNOW this ‘Chief’!
So, too, Zaccaeus ~
who went out on a limb,
For his chances of ‘SEEING’ Jesus
were very, very slim!
Now let’s see another ~
a rich young ruler ~ he, *
Only a ‘minute’ he wanted to spend
yet he wanted ~ Eternity!
My friend, we will never spend
Eternity with our Lord,
If we never want to SEE Him NOW
& are only totally ‘bored’!
We must want ‘The Great Physician’
instead of just the ‘medicine’,
For Christ Himself is our only cure
for in us is ~ ALL that SIN!
Desire more than just ‘Salvation’
desire The Savior of mankind,
And if you ‘diligently’ SEEK Him
The Sweet ‘Master’ you will find!
Disregard ‘positions’ & ‘possessions’
SEEK The King of Kings,
‘Long’ for Him & ‘Worship’ Him
then your heart & Soul will SING!
Hallelujah & Hosanna ~
let ‘The Spirit’ work in us, *
Making us more & more
just like our Precious J-E-S-U-S!
