THANK YOU, Patsy
Oh, to the Lord I am pleading
For others interceding,
That they will not stray
From Your pathway.
But surrender to God's Loving Care,
And in His Presence greatly share
The riches of His blessings.

Thank You God for everything
For the happiness in my life You bring.
I know I can only do my best
When in Christ I sit & rest.
PRAISE GOD!

Troubles, troubles all around us
Oh Lord, help us see,
We can't change them, rearrange them
but must give them
ALL to Thee.

Walk beside me, Lord,
I plead with You today,
I need Your help
to guide me on my way.
As David said in Psalm (38:17)
we are so prone to sin,
It's waiting right there,
waiting to come in.
If I don't fill my life with You,
then it'll come right in.
For I am weak, but You are strong,
Oh, Jesus, sweet Jesus,
why does it take so long
for me to learn to obey Your Will?
And then my heart can be still.
For then in Peace I'll abide,
With You ever by my side. 9/29/94
Oh, heavenly Father,
Lord of our lives,
Show us now a better way
to love our husbands/wives.
Our children, too, we
need to surrender,
To be strong with them
& yet so tender;
Just like You are with us!

Oh that we would 'cry out' to
the Lord to "release our souls"
to LOVE Him
more & more each day.
As we walk this narrow way.
Thanks, Pat

May He look down on you with Love
Our Savior up above,
Shining His Light on you with care
As with others His Love you share.
He goes with us every day
As we walk this narrow way,
Helping us through our daily tasks
To be more like Him, is all we ask.
Praising & thanking Him is hard to do
But, oh the 'Joy' that does shine through,
For our hearts become all aglow
When it is "good seeds" that we sow.

Oh, lead us Precious Shepherd
guide us on our way,
For we are weak & blinded,
helpless throughout each day.
Keep us ever near You
so we can feel Your Presence near,
Knowing YOU are guiding
brings to our hearts good cheer.

The Lord gave me this Poem after my half-sister had lost 2 of 6 children in a house fire (a 6 month old girl & 6 year old boy). The burden for them was so heavy on my heart I could do nothing - but PRAY!
